Executive Leadership Program

This first-of-its-kind program is designed specifically for clients and partners of Sidley Austin LLP, an elite international law firm, in collaboration with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. The program emphasizes senior leadership and organizational development through research-driven frameworks. It aims to help experienced, high-level lawyers enhance and deepen their leadership skills and business acumen.
