JCYS Leadership Development Boot Camp

This Boot Camp provides an opportunity for JCYS Board Members and Designates to engage in a day of leadership and management learning designed to enhance their effectiveness serving the mission of JCYS. In this program, board leaders gained insights into the principles of high performing nonprofit boards; the role the board plays in strategic planning; key risks facing the nonprofit sector; and methods for effective board evaluation.
