Safeguarding people, information, operations and brand requires the corporate security function to be integrated into every aspect of the business. For many senior security professionals, this is a shift in mindset to see security not only as an essential element of enterprise risk management but as a critical business enabler. This course was developed specifically for senior security professionals by The International Security Management Association (ISMA) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. This course enables participants to develop leading management practices to expand their leadership skills to enable their security team to speak the language of the business and become partners, facilitators, and problem solvers for business leaders across the organization.
Outcomes of the program are:
