R1 Leadership Experience - Executives

The R1 Leadership Experience for Executives is a 10-month, immersive, leadership development experience designed with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Through the program, participants will enhance and refine their leadership capabilities. Topics covered in the program will align to the R1 Way and enable the future growth and success of participants and R1. Learning Journey The learning objectives, content, and refection will be grounded in the tenets of the R1 Way. The curriculum will contain a mix of learning methods designed with executive students in mind, including case studies, experiential learning, and simulations.
