• Determine the predictable responses to change and develop ability to manage impact to individuals and the organization. • Assess potential productivity dip(s) and develop approaches to manage the risk associated with a proposed change effort. • Identify the key components needed to deliver a compelling change communication narrative. • Develop ability to advocate for change by summarizing relevant resistance and articulating resources or adjustments needed.
