Results Leadership: This session exposes participants to principles and frameworks that engage different thinking modes to deepen understanding of the business-value creation and encourage critical thinking. The primary emphasis of this session is not on understanding conceptually difficult material. Instead, we will focus on agile thinking by learning how to apply a variety of simple—but powerful—ideas that leaders can apply to deliver results. Relational Leadership: Explore new ways to connect, communicate, and collaborate with your teams and increase overall team engagement. Build a stronger sense of community and lead with passion. Inspire people’s hearts and minds. Communicate as your best, most authentic self. Listen to understand and not to respond and express empathy. Visionary Leadership: Vision should be an essential part of any leader's toolset. What roles should vision play for companies? How can we develop this capability and convert it into business-relevant action? Centered Leadership: In this session, participants will explore the characteristics and challenges of leadership as it exists and can exist in various organizational settings. A framework of principles of values-based leadership will help participants make their organizations beacons of enduring value.
