Lake County Nonprofit Leadership Program

The Lake County Nonprofit Leadership program provides a cohort-based leadership development program designed to enhance the leadership skills of nonprofit leaders in Lake County, IL to help them improve the effectiveness of their organizations. Through academic learning provided by Kellogg School and Northwestern faculty as well as seasoned practitioners, active cohort group discussion and leadership coaching, participants develop their leadership and management capacity and build strong connections to their peers. The program was created in partnership with The College of Lake County Foundation and The Lake County Community Foundation.
