The Allstate Foundation Executive Leadership Program

In partnership with The Allstate Foundation Nonprofit Leadership Center, the Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management designed and implemented this custom executive education program, which offered senior leaders of nonprofit organizations the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and build their capacity in order to meet their organization's mission more effectively. Our training embodied holistic leadership training that nonprofit management requires, with regular classroom-style sessions held over several months, individualized coaching and a 360-degree skills assessment.
