Board Leadership Institute 2020

Thank you to the United Way of Metro Chicago for their partnership in developing this non-degree custom program. This program prepared philanthropic business leaders for service on the boards of directors of local nonprofit organizations. This program covered topics pertaining to the nonprofit landscape, including board roles and responsibilities, principles of high performing boards, fundraising strategies, finance, risk management, and impact measurement.
